The position, without hedging

This service is for adults. A minor being present on it — on camera, in frame, or as a participant in any form — is the one thing here that has no warning step, no temporary suspension and no appeal that succeeds. Access ends permanently and immediately.

Sexual content involving a minor is a criminal matter, not a policy matter. It is reported to the authorities that the operator is legally required to report it to, and the account is preserved for that purpose rather than quietly deleted.

What the age gate does — and what it cannot do

Before entering, you confirm you are of legal age where you are. That confirmation writes a flag on your own device; it is not sent to us and it is not tied to an identity.

It is worth being honest about what that is worth: a self-declaration stops the casual case and the accidental arrival. It does not stop someone who intends to lie. Anyone claiming a checkbox verifies age is selling something. The real enforcement is what happens after a report, which is why the reporting path matters more than the gate does.

If you see a minor, do this

• Use the report control on the call screen. It captures a still frame and sends it with your message — that evidence is what makes the report actionable.
• Do not screenshot or save anything yourself. Possessing that material is a crime in most places, including when your intention is to help.
• Leave the call. Block works immediately and does not wait for a moderator.

If for any reason the in-call report is not available to you, write to [email protected] with the time and anything you can describe. Put the word URGENT in the subject line and it will be pulled out of the ordinary queue.

What happens on our side

Reports reach a human moderator within 24 hours, and this is the highest-priority category a moderator sees — it is escalated ahead of the queue rather than waiting its turn, and it is never left to an automated filter to decide alone.

A confirmed case ends the account behind it and is referred onward to the authorities the operator is required to refer it to. Ban records persist: they are not something a person can clear by switching browsers or clearing storage.

The frame captured by a report is normally deleted once a case closes. Cases involving a minor are the exception: material required for a law-enforcement referral is preserved for exactly as long as that obligation requires, and used for nothing else.

If you are a parent or guardian

This site is age-restricted and signals that to filtering software, but a signal is not a lock. If a young person in your household has been reaching adult services, device-level parental controls and network filtering do more than any single site's gate can.
