Who may use this

You must be 18 or older, and old enough to be an adult where you actually are — some places set that line higher than 18, and the higher line is the one that applies to you. Confirming the age gate is a statement you are making, not a formality.

You must also be somewhere this kind of service is lawful. We do not maintain a list of jurisdictions on your behalf; that judgement is yours.

What the service is

PinkCam matches two adults over live video, at random, one pair at a time. That is the whole product. There is no broadcast mode, no audience, no lineup to browse and no persistent relationship between sessions unless both people arrange one elsewhere.

It is provided as it is. Matching depends on who happens to be online, connection quality depends on networks neither of us controls, and there is no promise that any particular session, person or availability will be there when you return.

What you agree not to do

The behavioural rules live in the community guidelines, and breaking them breaks these terms too. The short version: no minors anywhere near this service, nothing without the other person's consent, no recording or redistributing another person, no threats, no commercial spam.

Also, and separately from conduct: do not attempt to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service, and do not use it through automation pretending to be a person.

What is free, what costs, and what happens to a balance

Being matched is free, and so is the opening stretch of every call — roughly thirty seconds, before payment enters into it. Past that point the first minute is charged as one whole minute, and the call then bills by the minute against your balance, at a rate shown to you inside the call before it begins applying. That rate is not one fixed figure for the whole service: it moves with the person you are matched with and with whether you hold VIP status. Other paid features work the same way: each shows its price before you agree to it. Nothing charges you because you scrolled past a checkbox, and no trial quietly turns itself into a subscription.

Paid balance buys access to features on this service. It is not currency: it has no value anywhere else, and it cannot be transferred to another person or another site.

If an account is closed for breaking these rules

Any remaining balance is forfeit. That is the deterrent doing its job, not an extra penalty stacked on top of one.

If prices change

A change never applies backwards to balance you already bought.

Payments run through a payment processor rather than through us, so card details go to them and we see that a payment succeeded rather than the card behind it. For a disputed charge, an unspent balance, or a question about what a purchase covered: [email protected].

Suspension and bans

Reports go to a human moderator within 24 hours. Where a report is upheld, the outcome ranges from a warning to a permanent ban depending on what happened; anything involving a minor is permanent and immediate, with no warning step.

If you think a decision about you was wrong, say so at [email protected]. Appeals are read. They are not always granted, but a decision that cannot be questioned is not a decision, it is just an outcome.

What we cannot promise

We cannot guarantee the service is uninterrupted, that a match will be available, or that another person will behave. Moderation acts on reports; it does not prevent behaviour in advance, and any service claiming otherwise is describing something it cannot do.

To the extent the law where you are allows it, liability is limited to what you paid for the service. Some jurisdictions do not permit that limit, in which case it does not apply to you.
